Do you find it hard to get motivated when it comes to exercising? Did you know that there are workout apps out there that will guide you through a daily exercise regime to help you lose weight fast?

There are a few easy workout apps out there at present that can keep you motivated. I thought I would give them a go, so I downloaded three apps from Google Play onto my Samsung mobile. 

Here is what I came up with:

The 7-Minute Free Exercise App by Aisleyne

This app incorporates exercises that you can do each day. It's free too. All you have to do is press the start button on your mobile for each exercise and away you go. Exercises like jumping jacks, crunches, squats, planks and many more are on this app. I like this one better than all the others. It has some great reviews on the app store and it's highly recommended. Aisleyne got her fame from being on Big Brother and now she is the voice on this unique easy app for everyone out there that needs to workout daily. Get it for free now.

Samsung Health App

If you have a Samsung mobile like I do, then you might have heard of the Samsung Health app. It's an easy app to use. It has core features to keep your body fit and healthy. It records and analyses your daily activities to help maintain a successful diet so that you can lead a healthy lifestyle. It has a step tracker incorporated and will record each step you take whilst your mobile is in your pocket. It also records calories burned from your daily movement and exercises. It can take your pulse before and after exercise along with it tracking your sleep pattern. It's a great app and is highly recommended.

The Johnson & Johnson 7 Minute Workout App

The 7 minute workout app by Johnson & Johnson has many exercise workouts for you to do. It's a quick anywhere workout. It tailors to your fitness level. A great free app that will keep you motivated when exercising. All you need is 7 minutes. Exercises can include jumping jacks, push-ups, wall chairs, high-knee running in place, crunches, plank, side plank, tricep dips using a chair, and a few other moves. Download it from Google Play
