The Egg Fast Diet is used to lose weight fast. Eat 2 eggs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Only do it for 3 or 4 days and then add a salad and other foods either on the fourth or fifth day. Do this every week and see the weight fall off you, but beware, if you suffer from high cholesterol, then this might not be a good idea.

I am not sure if this is a healthy thing to do, but I am going to give it a go because I really do need to lose a lot of weight for a wedding that I will be attending in September.  I want to buy a decent dress that I will look good in. So, I am going to try the Egg Fast Diet next week starting on Monday, and then, I will update you all here.

Here is the Egg Fast Diet Plan below:

Meal 1: Coffee with SweetLeaf Stevia

Meal 2: 2 eggs scrambled or fried in 1 tbsp butter

Meal 3: 3 hard-boiled eggs mashed with 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Snack: 2 oz hard cheese (any kind)

Meal 4: omelet made with 2 eggs and 1 or 2 oz cheese

Snack only if hungry (1 or 2 oz cheese)

Total for the day: 7 eggs, 7 tbsp fat (2 mayo), 6 oz cheese but usually only 4 or 5.

If you don't like eggs then this is not the diet for you. Only do this diet for 4 days and no more.

If you feel ill stop straight away! I am not a doctor so cannot give advice in this area!


Another great diet that helps you lose one stone in a week is the Chemical Diet. I have tried it and lost 2 pounds per day.

    No, it's not.As I said before : If you are looking to burn fat, you will avoid foods that will defeat the purpose of the process and stick to healthy ones. I suggest that you take carbohydrates during this period, because they assist in fat metabolism.Also ; Staying hydrated helps you lose weight quickly while you are fasting. So , drinking water is highly encouraged.

    Fasting it can be a big mistake , if you choose the wrong plan .
