A Healthy Stew for Fast Weight Loss

Learn how to eat healthily, especially if you need to lose weight fast. Here is a stew recipe that a guy I know used when he was bodybuilding. He wanted six-pack abs so he ate stew every day until he got them. You can definitely lose a lot of weight eating food like this!

Having chicken stew every day can be a healthy meal plan when you need to lose weight. 

A guy I know lost 3 stone eating stews every day, so I have shared his recipe here and what vegetables he used. He ate this way every day until he lost his weight. Plus, he did weight training exercises at his local gym and eventually, he got six-pack abs.

Here are instructions on how to make a healthy chicken stew.
Here are the ingredients:

Chicken Stew

skinless chicken (4 pieces to cut up if making it for 4 people).
1 chicken stock
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
chopped carrots
chopped onions
chopped mushrooms
chopped celery
1 garlic chopped
frozen mixed vegetables can be used or just peas or broccoli. You can also cucumbers/marrow if you wish.

Cooking Method

1.  First, boil some water in a big pot. One chicken stock is allowed, but you don't really need it.

2.  Chop skinless chickens. Put into the boiling pot of water. Leave to boil for 15 minutes.

3.  After the chicken has been boiling for 15 minutes, then add chopped onions, carrots, mushrooms, 1 chopped up garlic and stir in (or cucumbers). Leave to simmer with the lid on for a further 20 minutes.

4.  After the 20 minutes, add the tin of chopped tomatoes and frozen vegetables. Stir the stew and leave to simmer with the lid on for approximately 15 more minutes.  

5.  Add for taste, salt, and pepper whilst simmering and serve after approximately 10 minutes.

6.  The chicken stew takes about an hour in total or if preferred it can be left on for a further 20 minutes, but no longer than this. Then it will be ready to serve and enjoy. You can eat it with brown rice but no potatoes.


Make sure you do not leave boiling for longer than 1 hour 20 minutes as the vegetables will be too soft. Also, you may have brown rice with this meal plan.

A guy I know who wanted to lose weight and be fit ate this way on and off. It took him a few years to get six-pack abs with hardly any body fat. He eats healthy seven days per week to keep his abs. It’s not easy. He is forever in the gym working out with weights. It’s his life and he has worked hard to get his abs looking the way they are today. He never considered taking anything to help him as he doesn’t believe in it. All he did was work out and eat stews with brown rice.

For breakfast - he ate nimble bread toasted and dry.
Lunch and dinner - he ate his stew with 2 tablespoons of brown rice.
No snacks were allowed.
