Losing One Stone on the Chemical Diet - Have You Tried It?


I thought I would let everyone know how I have been doing on The Chemical Diet Plan. I wrote an article about it, so if you haven't read it, then head on over there to read it now. It can help you lose a stone in one week, and it's a medical weight loss plan. You can lose weight fast!

I have been following The Chemical Diet plan on and off, and so far, it's the best weight loss diet I've found. When you stick to the Chemical Diet menu food plan for seven days, you can expect to lose up to one stone, and I am not kidding. I did not stick to the food plan all the time, but I still lost weight. You can also expect to lose weight quickly. Some days, I didn't eat grapefruit, which is one of the foods you are supposed to eat on most days. 




It's easy to lose weight quickly once you get started. The best part is that if you stick to it in the second week, adding other foods to it for the next three weeks after that is a good way to maintain a really healthy diet.


Also, you can do the same days over and over again. I found that doing days four, five, and seven more than once was beneficial. Day four consists of eating one dry wholemeal toast for breakfast, and for lunch, eating as much fruit as you can manage. Dinner consists of two hard-boiled eggs with salad. Day five is the same for breakfast and for lunch, but for dinner, it's fresh fish with salad. On day seven, you have two scrambled eggs for breakfast, and for lunch, it's two poached eggs with spinach; dinner is grilled steak with salad. The salad typically consists of tomatoes, cucumber, celery, lettuce, and a small amount of pepper, if needed.
