The 3-day Chemical Diet is a low-calorie diet. It will help you kickstart your weight loss regime or get you trimmed up so you get into that dress you have been wanting to wear to an event you need to attend.

The 3-day Chemical Diet works by eating a combination of foods that will chemically trigger a weight loss of up to ten pounds in that week. 

You should follow the 3-day Chemical Diet exactly as it says with no additions, changes, or substitutions. It is similar to the 7-day Chemical Diet that I have originally written about it but shorter in length.

Here is the diet plan below:


Day One
Breakfast: 
Black coffee, water, or tea (I usually have Green tea)
Half of a grapefruit or pink grapefruit juice
One slice of wholemeal dry toast (I usually use Wholemeal Nimble bread) with 1 or 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
Lunch: 
Black coffee, water, or tea
Half a cup of tuna in spring water
One slice of wholemeal dry toast
Dinner:
Black coffee, water, or tea
3 oz lean meat
One cup of green beans
One cup of beets
One cup of vanilla ice cream
One small apple
Day Two
Breakfast:
Black coffee, water, or tea
One egg, any style
One banana (some versions say 1/2 banana)
One slice of dry wholemeal toast
Lunch:
Black coffee, water, or tea
One cup of cottage cheese
Five saltine crackers
Dinner: 
Black coffee, water, or tea
Two hot dogs
Half a cup of carrots
One cup of broccoli (or cabbage)
One banana (some versions say 1/2 banana)
Half a cup of vanilla ice cream
Day Three
Breakfast:
Black coffee, water, or tea
Five saltine crackers 
One egg (or one slice cheddar cheese)
One 4-oz glass of apple juice
Lunch: 
Black coffee, water, or tea
One hard-boiled egg
One small apple
One slice of dry wholemeal toast
Dinner: 
Black coffee, water, or tea
One cup of tuna, chicken, or turkey
One cup of cauliflower or green beans
One cup of beets
One cup of cantaloupe or one small apple
Half a cup of vanilla ice cream

After you have completed the 3-day chemical diet, you must still follow a healthy diet so you do not regain the weight you have lost. The best kind of healthy eating plan that you can stick to is to just eliminate sugar from your diet. A sugar-free diet plan is the best way to have a successful weight loss regime after doing the 3-day chemical diet. So, basically, just eat what you want but don't eat anything sugary like sweets, cakes or desserts.

If you have additional weight to lose, resume the 3-day chemical diet after taking a four-day break.
