Curb Hunger Whilst You Lose Weight

To lose weight, you mostly need to reduce your daily calorie intake.

Most diets for weight loss often lead to increased appetite and severe hunger problems. This can make it difficult to lose weight and then keep it off. I have looked for a solution to this problem and I think I have found it.

If you want to curb hunger then all you have to do is eat and drink the following foods:

1. Eat Protein

When I am hungry and I am on a diet or trying to lose weight, I try to eat as much protein as possible. A protein-rich food consists of eggs, fish, chicken, meat, sardines, tuna, etc. When I have protein for my lunch and main meal daily, I know it will help me to stop feeling hungry later in the evening.




2. Drink Coffee

Drinking coffee is another great way to curb your hunger. It works every time. It fills me up.

3. Fill Up on Water

You can never do without water if you are on a diet. Water stops dehydration so drink plenty of it if you are trying to lose weight. I drink it daily.




4. Drink Green Tea or Oolong Tea

I always drink green tea or Oolong tea. These teas help to curb your hunger and can promote weight loss. Drink at least 4 cups per day to see a difference.




5. Exercise

I, usually, get up and do some exercise if I feel hunger pangs coming on, especially, if it's late and I really don't want to eat any more food.

6. Eat Omega-3 Fats

Omega-3 Fats are great for curbing your hunger. Fish like salmon and mackerel, flaxseed, dark leafy vegetables like kale and spinach, and walnuts are a great source of omega-3 fats.
