I have now received a 7-day starter pack from Slim & Save and in return, I will write about my experience on the diet here on my blog.
The pack is usually worth £29.99 which includes a shaker, a booklet of information and a measuring tape along with 28 meals.
Slim & Save
The starter pack has 28 meals for one week. It includes a variety of shakes, soups, meals and bars along with a shaker, booklet of information and a measuring tape.
So far, I have finished my first two days. The first two days were the hardest, but I realised at the end of day two that I could eat more food than I had originally thought. There is a list of food that you can eat on the plan I am currently trying out.
The plan I am currently on with Slim & Save is the lifestyle plan which consists of eating three Slim & Save meals per day, plus a protein meal that includes vegetables in the evening. Plus, on this plan, you can have a milk allowance along with other different types of foods like low-fat Greek yogurt, eggs, sausages and more. So far, I have managed to keep it up and I have been within the ketosis rate, according to the meal planner on their site, which Slim & Save advise you to do.
I will be writing more about this diet and sharing my results very soon with you. So, keep a lookout for my next article.
