An Easy Way to Lose 10 pounds in a Week

Do you need to lose 10 pounds of weight in a week? If the answer is yes, then you should read on if you want to lose weight fast. I think I have a great way of doing it!




I have found a diet that helped me to lose weight fast and up to 10 pounds in a week. I came across it by accident when searching on Pinterest. It looks fairly easy to do, so I gave it a try.

The only other diet that will help you lose the same or more amount of weight in a week is the Chemical Diet. When on the Chemical Diet you get to eat a lot more and you can lose up to one stone in a week. The diet has been known to have been recommended for patients who need to shift weight before surgery. I know it works because I did it myself and lost 10 pounds in one week. Many others have tried it too and have lost weight. If you don't believe me, then head over to my article on the Chemical Diet and read all the comments below it.

But enough about that diet. Here is the food plan for losing up to 10 pounds in a week on this diet. I tried the following diet. I lost 8 pounds. I believe drinking green tea helped boost my metabolism, so I now drink it every day. 

Here is what you have to do if you are interested in doing this diet too. 



Before Breakfast

When you get up in the morning get a cold glass of water and squeeze some fresh lemon into it. Drink it on an empty stomach to detox your body from toxins. It will also kickstart your metabolism. Breakfast should be eaten 30 minutes later.

Breakfast

Fruits - The best time to eat fruits is in the morning. Eat two oranges, two apples, a large grapefruit, two pears or anything similar. If you are Diabetic then just one fruit may be best. Add a handful of hazelnuts, almonds or nuts to your breakfast if you wish.

Lunch

A slice of meat either cooked veal or cooked chicken (one skinless chicken is best). Two cups of low-fat Greek yogurt. Some salad or vegetables too.

Snack

Make a fresh season salad. Add olive oil and vinegar.

Dinner

Consume your dinner before 6 pm.
Eat two hard-boiled eggs, green salad or cucumber salad with olive oil and vinegar.

The hard part is trying to survive after 6 pm until you go to bed. Of course, the proteins in the meal will help you not to get hungry later. Go to bed earlier than usual if you want, but drink green tea first. See below.

Green Tea

Prepare green tea after dinner. 
One liter of water with 4 bags of green tea and drink it throughout the evening and right up until bedtime. 

So, give it a go because it will work!
